We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and support front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Check in/check out guests and manage reservations. Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Process payments, handle billing, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Basic computer skills and experience with hotel management software is a plus.
