Receptionist

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing reception duties by greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Your role will involve ensuring that visitors are directed to the correct department or personnel. Additionally, you will handle phone management by answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, as well as taking and relaying messages when necessary. You will also be in charge of mail and courier handling, where you will receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to respective departments, and coordinate outgoing mail and courier services. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support by assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments or meetings. Lastly, you will manage meeting room bookings and ensure that rooms are prepared for scheduled meetings.
