Receptionist Cum Telecounselor

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Receptionist cum Tele Counselor to manage our front desk operations and provide counseling services to clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities 1. Reception Duties:   1. Manage the front desk, greet clients, and handle walk-ins.   2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and messages.   3. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. 2. Tele Counseling:   1. Provide emotional support and counseling services to clients over the phone.   2. Listen actively, empathize, and offer guidance to clients in need.   3. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. 3. Administrative Tasks:   1. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.   2. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.   3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. 2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a counseling or healthcare setting. 3. Skills:   1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.   2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.   3. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.   4. Certifications: Certification in counseling or a related field is an added advantage.
