The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in students, managing phone calls, counseling parents/students about courses, and supporting admissions. Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk DutiesGreet students, parents, and visitors courteously Handle walk-in inquiries and provide information about courses, batches, fees, and schedules Maintain student inquiry and admission records Manage reception area, notice boards, and student communication Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately Receive and maintain documents, forms, and fee receipts Telecalling & Admission SupportMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents Follow up on inquiries, demo classes, and pending admissions Explain course details, faculty highlights, batch timings, and fee structure Handle objections and convince students/parents to enroll Maintain daily call reports and lead data Coordinate with counselors and teaching staff for admissions Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Experience in coaching institute / education sector is an advantage Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language Confident, polite, and student-friendly personality Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email, CRM) Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
