Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist / Admin to manage our front desk and handle basic administrative and client coordination tasks in a professional Chartered Accountancy firm. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as receiving couriers, scanning, filing, and maintaining records. Maintain a neat and organized front office area. Assist in scheduling client appointments and managing the calendar. Coordinate with clients for document collection or follow-ups. Handle emails and basic correspondence. Provide administrative support to the accounts and audit teams when needed. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in office reception/admin work preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel, Email, etc. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
