Job Description

Patient Assistance Greet and guide patients, ensuring a smooth clinic experience. Assist patients with registration, appointments, and basic inquiries. Support the doctor during examinations by preparing patients and handling medical records. Reception & Administration Manage calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records. Handle billing, payments, and maintain financial logs. Ensure a clean and organized reception area. Clinical Support Prepare consultation rooms with required medical instruments and supplies. Assist in basic clinic procedures as directed by the doctor. Maintain hygiene and ensure sterilization of equipment. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and vendors as needed. Communicate test results and follow-up schedules to patients. Provide polite and professional service to all visitors.
