📌 Position: Dental Receptionist / Dental AssistantLocation: Blanc Dentistry, Baner, Pune Job Type: Full-time | On-site Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply) 🦷 About Us Blanc Dentistry is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic offering orthodontics, aligners, cosmetic dentistry, and complete dental care. We are looking for a friendly, organized and responsible team member who can assist with both front desk and chairside duties. ✨ Role Overview The Dental Receptionist / Assistant will be responsible for handling patient communication, scheduling, maintaining records, sterilization, chairside support, and ensuring smooth daily clinical operations. 📍 Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Reception Welcome patients and maintain a warm clinic environment Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling Manage patient check-in/check-out process Maintain billing, invoicing, and coordination with insurance when needed Keep waiting area and desk clean and organized Chairside AssistanceAssist the dentist during procedures including orthodontics, aligners, general dentistry, etc. Prepare instruments, trays, dental materials, and treatment rooms Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Maintain patient records and ensure documentation accuracy Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients when guided by dentist 🛠 Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) Basic computer and WhatsApp handling ability Professional, courteous, and patient-friendly attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Prior dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided)
