Position: Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant

Location: Blanc Dentistry, Baner, Pune

Blanc Dentistry is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic offering orthodontics, aligners, cosmetic dentistry, and complete dental care. We are looking for a friendly, organized and responsible team member who can assist with both front desk and chairside duties.

Role Overview

The Dental Receptionist / Assistant will be responsible for handling patient communication, scheduling, maintaining records, sterilization, chairside support, and ensuring smooth daily clinical operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk / Reception

• Welcome patients and maintain a warm clinic environment
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Manage patient check-in/check-out process
• Maintain billing, invoicing, and coordination with insurance when needed
• Keep waiting area and desk clean and organized

Chairside Assistance

• Assist the dentist during procedures including orthodontics, aligners, general dentistry, etc.
• Prepare instruments, trays, dental materials, and treatment rooms
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Maintain patient records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients when guided by dentist

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling ability
• Professional, courteous, and patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Prior dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
