Receptionist Cum Counsellor

Client Interaction:  Greet all walk-in clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Attend to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, or in person. Explain available services, packages, and pricing clearly and confidently. Collect and verify client information for records. Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the clinic’s booking software. Send appointment reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or call. Ensure smooth flow of daily appointments, avoiding overlaps and delays. Lead Management: Track all leads from ads, walk-ins, social media, and referrals. Follow up with interested leads and encourage package bookings. Maintain a lead follow-up sheet or CRM system. Administrative Tasks: Maintain front desk cleanliness and clinic. Handle billing and payment processing when needed. Keep daily records of attendance, appointments, and feedback. Coordination: Communicate effectively with skin therapists and doctors for smooth session management. Update them on appointment changes or client concerns. Skills & Qualities Required: Pleasant communication and soft-spoken attitude Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Calendar or booking apps Confidence in handling client questions and explaining services Punctual, organized, and responsible Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive in a clinic, salon, or wellness center Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.) Smart presentation and grooming
