Receptionist cum Computer Operator

We need a multitasking, enthusiastic, and creative person for this post as it is not a simple data entry operator job.

Location: Indrapuri, BHEL, Bhopal, MP (onsite and full-time work only)

Pre-requisites: (Don't apply if you are lacking in any of these)

• There is no option for remote work or work-from-home.
• Don't apply if you are not from Bhopal, MP
• Experience/ knowledge of computer work (internet, MS Word, and MS Excel).
• Written English should be error-free, as all the work will be in English. Spoken English is not necessary but you should understand English.
• A good knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must.

Work Profile

• Formatting articles (in Word format) according to the guidelines, preparing a PDF file for the publication, uploading articles to the website, editing website content, etc.
• Checking websites and emails daily, communicating with clients, providing support, and resolving their queries.
• Other official work, like printing documents, preparing envelopes for postage, and going to the post office or bank.
• Bulk emailing, collecting emails, writing email templates, and blogs, etc.
• Social media and email marketing, and campaigning, etc.
• Managing social media accounts, posting new content, and attracting clients using these platforms
• Data entry and keeping records of projects and financial transactions, etc.

Necessary Skills:

Internet/ website search, Fluency in MS Word, and MS Excel use, English writing (not speaking), Good typing speed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
