Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist cum billing with prior experience in Skin Clinics, Health, or Wellness Industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Manage front-desk operations, including client check-in and check-out.
• Handle appointment scheduling, client calls, and inquiries.
• Maintain client records and ensure smooth coordination between clients and staff.
• Support the clinic team in administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Promote and inform clients about clinic services and ongoing offers.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must have prior experience in Skin, Health, or Wellness clinics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service attitude with a professional appearance.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer handling.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily front-desk operations effectively.

Training Details:

• Duration: 7–10 Days (Unpaid)
• Location: Chandigarh
• Facilities: Company will provide accommodation and meals during the training period.
• After Training: Placement as per company’s branch Karnal.
