Having knowledge of counter sales.. Reception & Front Desk:Greet and welcome guests/customers as they arrive at the gaming zone. Provide accurate information about available games, offers, and packages. Maintain a clean and organized reception/front desk area. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. Billing & Payments:Operate the billing system/software to generate and issue invoices. Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment modes. Maintain accurate cash and billing records on a daily basis. Prepare end-of-day reports for management review. Customer Assistance:Guide customers through the registration or booking process for games. Inform customers of safety guidelines and gaming rules. Coordinate with floor staff to ensure timely allocation of gaming stations. Administrative Support:Maintain records of daily attendance and customer footfall. Assist in inventory management for billing-related supplies. Ensure all customer data is maintained confidentially and accurately.
Two shifts 11A.M to 7 P.M 1P.M to 10 P.M.
working hours will be 10 hours shift and weekdays will be giving day off and weekends And Public holidays will not be given day off
