Role: Receptionist (Female)

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming calls, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls as necessary.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
• Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring access via the reception desk.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as needed.
• Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.
• Assist other departments with clerical support as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
• Female candidates are required for this position.

CTC: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 17,000
