Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at our Mumbai location in an on-site capacity. The Receptionist will handle daily front desk operations, manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and warmly greet clients upon arrival. Responsibilities also include managing clerical tasks, coordinating with other team members, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and competence in maintaining organized records and scheduling systems
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Service and creating a welcoming and professional environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration are advantageous
