Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and courteous receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and assist with basic administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while also supporting clerical work to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors politely
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor records and receive/sort mail
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Help manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required
  • Support other departments with day-to-day clerical tasks
  • Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in front office or admin roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Organized, punctual, and able to multitask
