telecaller for Health insurance sales
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Health Insurance Sales telecaller to help drive our business forward by matching clients with suitable health insurance solutions. In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for identifying customer needs, clearly communicating policy benefits, and converting leads into successful sales through strong relationship management and persuasive communication. Responsibilities Actively engage with prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote and sell suitable health insurance plans Understand individual and corporate clients’ insurance needs and recommend policies that align with their requirements and budget. Clearly explain policy terms, coverage details, benefits, exclusions, premiums, and claim processes to customers in an easy-to-understand manner. Consistently follow up with potential clients, monitor sales progress, and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and updates using CRM tools or internal systems. Uphold professionalism, integrity, and respectful communication in every interaction to foster customer trust and ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred). 1–3 years of experience in telesales, insurance sales, banking, or other customer-facing sales roles. Solid understanding of health insurance products, coverage types, premium calculations, and claim procedures Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language.
