Job Title: Female Receptionist cum Tele caller

Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month

About the Role

We’re seeking a smart, confident, and well-spoken female professional to be the welcoming face and voice of our real estate office. This role blends front-desk responsibilities with proactive tele calling to engage potential clients and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Conduct outbound tele calling to prospective leads and maintain follow-up logs
• Maintain visitor records, client databases, and daily call sheets
• Coordinate with sales and admin teams for smooth office operations
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and brand-aligned

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or tele calling (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
• Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
• Pleasant personality, punctual, and customer-focused
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure graceful
