About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Applet Logic. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads, explain our IT training programs and services, and guide them through the enrollment or sales process. You will play a key role in driving our business growth by converting inquiries into successful enrollments and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective students and clients to share details about Applet Logic’s training courses and software solutions.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries with accurate information and a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Understand the prospects’ needs and guide them through the enrollment or sales process to ensure quality conversions.
• Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Provide regular feedback from customer interactions to help refine communication strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and enrollments.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and personalized guidance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Proven experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or student counseling is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
