Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our Trivandrum branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle both front-desk and telecalling responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and respond to student/parent inquiries regarding study abroad programs.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries to generate walk-ins and appointments.
Welcome visitors and provide information about Uni Ark’s services and processes.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and walk-ins in the CRM system.
Coordinate with counselors and other team members for smooth student handling.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining office decorum.
Assist with basic administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM usage).
Prior experience in telecalling, front office, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication and enthusiasm to learn are also welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday 9:30 AM -2:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
