Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Register patients, maintain accurate records, and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Telecalling & Patient Engagement:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, or promotional campaigns.
  • Answer incoming calls, address queries, and provide information about services and specialists.
  • Explain clinic services, packages, and offers to potential clients in a clear and convincing manner.

Administrative & Marketing Support:

  • Maintain and update patient databases, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities such as sending WhatsApp messages, SMS, and emails.
  • Coordinate with the clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
