Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the receivables process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics to senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with emerging enterprise banking systems and technologies.
