Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receivable Executive in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment from customers.
Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics, such as delinquency rates and collection efficiencies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables, including fraud and credit risk.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with banking operations, including cash management and credit processing.
