Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven real estate sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
• Present and explain property details to potential buyers and investors.
• Conduct site visits, property showings, and negotiations.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and prospects to ensure sales closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and documentation is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
