Job Description

Identify, source, and sell land or property opportunities suitable for commercial, metro, and infrastructure projects.

• Support real estate and transit-oriented development project transitions, coordinating with project, design, and legal teams for smooth execution and documentation.

• Build, expand, and manage a strong network of brokers, land aggregators, and property consultants to ensure a steady inflow of qualified leads.

• Facilitate end-to-end broker and client transitions, ensuring transparent communication, efficient deal handling, and timely closures.

• Drive negotiations with brokers, landowners, and clients to achieve favourable deal terms aligned with company goals and budgets.

• Generate new leads through networking, relationship management, and market intelligence to expand the companys real estate portfolio.

• Maintain up-to-date records of property listings, deal progress, and transition activities, and prepare regular market and performance reports for management review.
