We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AM Sales & Marketing to join our real estate team at Multicon Group. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading property marketing and sales functions with reputed firms or similar real estate organizations. This role is a blend of sales strategy, client engagement, CRM coordination, and marketing execution, designed for professionals who can manage both front-end client interaction and back-end support with equal efficiency. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance project visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, lead negotiations, and drive closures with a consultative, solution-oriented approach. Provide timely responses and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the buyer journey. Monitor construction progress by regularly visiting project sites and staying aligned with engineering teams on key milestones. Track construction-linked billing stages (e.g., slab casting) and coordinate the timely issuance of demand letters. Follow up on collections and maintain accurate client communication records and lead tracking. Keep clients updated on project progress in real time, reinforcing transparency and trust. Identify and proactively address potential delays, infrastructure issues, or customer concerns. Stay informed of industry developments by monitoring relevant real estate news and publications. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Multicon Realty projects. Collaborate with internal teams, design agencies, and vendors to create impactful marketing collaterals and digital creatives. Drive digital marketing and social media initiatives to boost online visibility and engagement. Organize and manage real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate quality leads. Strengthen brand presence through consistent, targeted communication and branding efforts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, campaign outcomes, and customer insights.
