Job Title: MEP Engineer Hospital Building Project Location: Palam - Gurgaon & Kolkata Experience: 5 to 7 Years Industry: Project Management Consultancy (PMC) / Construction Project Type: Hospital / Healthcare Infrastructure Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at the hospital construction site. Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards and relevant codes (e.g., NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA). Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and coordination layouts. Manage and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor quality, safety, and cost control related to MEP installations. Conduct periodic inspections and site meetings to resolve technical issues. Ensure integration of medical gas systems, HVAC, fire-fighting, and BMS as per hospital specifications. Support project scheduling, billing verification, and progress reporting. Requirements: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 57 years of experience in MEP execution for hospital or healthcare facility projects. Strong understanding of hospital-specific MEP systems (e.g., cleanroom HVAC, medical gas lines). Good communication and coordination skills. Experience working in a PMC or contracting environment preferred.
