• Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential clients to introduce properties, explain features, and gauge interest.
• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential buyers or renters for properties.
• Property Information: Providing detailed information about properties, including prices, locations, and amenities.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling property viewings and coordinating with the sales team.
• Client Relationship Management: Building rapport, answering questions, and addressing concerns to foster positive relationships.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, updating the CRM system, and tracking lead progress.
• Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing pre-sales support and facilitating smooth transactions.
• Follow-up: Maintaining consistent follow-up with leads to nurture them and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Market Knowledge: Staying informed about market trends and property listings.
