About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sourcing Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in commercial real estate. The role is field-driven and involves identifying commercial properties, maintaining basic owner connections, collecting property details, and supporting the leasing team with on-ground market insights. Ideal for someone who enjoys field work, learning about markets, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground field sourcing to identify commercial properties, new developments, upcoming projects, and off-market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and local market stakeholders to create a reliable property pipeline.
• Coordinate site inspections, owner interactions, and ensure smooth communication between landlords, leasing executives, and management.
• Maintain an accurate and updated property database while generating daily sourcing reports, market updates, and new opportunity insights.
• Track market trends, rental movements, hotspots, and competitor activity to provide real-time market intelligence that supports decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

2. Good understanding of micro-markets, commercial corridors, and property trends

3. Ability to travel extensively for field sourcing
