Real Estate Salesperson

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team in Lucknow. The role focuses on selling residential plots that are LDA and RERA approved. This is a commission-based opportunity, where you will earn a fixed percentage on each successful plot sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell LDA & RERA-approved residential plots in and around Lucknow.
• Attend and follow up with potential customers through site visits, calls, and digital platforms.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams for site documentation, client queries, and legal approvals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain detailed records of sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in plot sales.
• Good knowledge of LDA and RERA norms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Lucknow or willing to work locally.
• Own vehicle preferred for site visits.

Compensation:

• This is a pure commission-based role.
• You will receive a fixed percentage commission on each successful plot sale.
• The more you sell, the more you earn – no cap on earnings.
