Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pitch appropriate solutions. 2
• Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products or services. 1
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales. 2
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system. Regularly update contact lists and gather customer insights. 2
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results[^^6^^]. 1
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. 2

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor’s degree may be preferred[^^6^^]. 1
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying information clearly. 2
• Persuasiveness: Ability to persuade and influence customers to consider products or services. 2
