Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson Location: [B-34 Sector 67,Noida] Job Type: [Full-time / Commission-Based] Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the real estate transaction process. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online platforms). Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties. Conduct property showings and open houses. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients and other agents. Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, local market trends, and financing options.
