Job Title: Real Estate Sales Person

We are a growing real estate firm dedicated to providing the best property solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and calm yet result-oriented Sales Person (Male) to join our team and support sales activities by coordinating with dealers and assisting in property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calling for property inquiries.
• Coordinate with property dealers, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential buyers and ensure timely updates.
• Assist the sales team in closing deals effectively.
• Maintain property listings, dealer data, and client records.
• Support in achieving monthly sales targets by cracking deals with patience and persistence.
• Ensure professional and polite communication at all times.

Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate calling / sales coordination.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Calm, patient personality with the ability to handle pressure.
• Deal-closure mindset with good persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
