Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting buyers and sellers in property transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and advising clients on market conditions.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate standards and practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
