Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The role includes engaging with prospective clients, promoting relevant property listings, conducting property tours, and guiding clients in identifying suitable real estate opportunities. The Sales Executive will build and maintain customer relationships, negotiate transactions, and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets. Staying updated on market trends and conducting basic research will be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally Ability to conduct property tours, understand client requirements, and provide tailored recommendations Good organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and maintain high professional standards during client interactions Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage Self-driven, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
