Real Estate Salesperson

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in property sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their perfect property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients

- Schedule and conduct property site visits

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide guidance throughout the buying/selling process

- Stay updated with real estate market trends and local property regulations

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and property showings

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and handle field sales

- Familiarity with local market (Kochi, Thrissur and nearby areas)

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
