If you're passionate about property sales, thrive on targets, and love building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify potential clients through various channels, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships with prospective buyers. Sales & Deal Closure: Present property details, handle client queries, conduct site visits, and negotiate effectively to close deals. Field Visits & Marketing: Visit client locations and project sites regularly. (Own vehicle preferred) Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local real estate trends, buyer preferences, and competitor activities.
