This role requires working in the field to identify,reachout and engage potential client for our marketing. You will play a crucial role in marketing and promoting our services, building client relationship and driving revenue growth. Key responsibility- • Identify and approach potential client in the field to generate new business opportunity. • Present, explain the services to the prospective clients. • Conduct face to face meeting or interaction with the potential client. Understanding their needs. • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationship to ensure repeat business. • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentation for potential client. • Meet or exceed monthly sales target. Required skill- Sales and marketing skill- • Strong understanding of sales process, with proven success in sales or marketing role. Communication skill- • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly. Negotiation skill- • Ability to negotiate and close the deals effectively. Industry knowledge- • Basic understanding of real estate business and services. Client relationship management- • Strong interpersonal skill with a client centric approach.
