Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation : Call prospective buyers/sellers based on leads provided or sourced. Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients. Client Engagement : Explain property features, amenities, and benefits clearly over the phone. Scheduling Appointments : Book site visits or meetings for the field sales team. Database Management : Update CRM systems with client interactions and status. Achieving Targets : Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Handling Inquiries : Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email queries professionally. Feedback Collection : Gather and report feedback from clients post-interaction. Support Marketing Efforts : Occasionally assist with event promotions or campaigns (via calls). Cross-Selling/Up-Selling : Suggest other properties or options suited to client needs. Preferred candidate profile Prior telecalling , telesales, or real estate sales experience preferred. Skills Required : Fluent in local language + Basic English (mandatory).
