Hi,
We are looking for real estate sales executive for a company located in Gift City.
JD For Sales Manager:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
· Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
· Conduct market research to understand property trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
· Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
· Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, property laws, and sales practices.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
· Salary Up to: 60,000 per monthJob Location: GIFT City, Shantipura and Ambli
· Leave: 4 week off per month
