Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager Company: Value Nest Realty (Representing Glacial Meadow, Ranikhet) Location: A-61, Sector-65, Noida (Work From Office Only) About Us: ValueNest Realty is a dynamic real estate firm dedicated to marketing and selling exceptional properties. We are currently representing Glacial Meadow, an exquisite development in the serene landscapes of Ranikhet, Uttarakhand. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to drive lead generation and prospect development for our Glacial Meadow project. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and proven experience in high-volume calling within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently making a minimum of 200+ calls daily and generating at least 4 qualified prospects from provided quality data and leads. This is a work-from-office position based in Noida, and only immediate joiners will be considered. Responsibilities: Conduct a minimum of 250+ outbound calls daily to potential clients from provided quality data and leads. Generate a minimum of 5 qualified prospects daily who demonstrate genuine interest in the Glacial Meadow project. Effectively present the unique selling points and benefits of the Glacial Meadow development to potential clients over the phone. Follow up diligently with generated prospects to nurture leads and schedule further engagement. Adhere to the company's policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven working experience in the real estate sector is mandatory. Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound calling and lead generation. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Presentable personality and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be an immediate joiner. Willingness to work from our Noida office (A-61, Sector-65).
