We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida and drive sales for this prestigious project. Must be comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily (200+) Ability to generate a minimum of 4 qualified prospects daily Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a persuasive and confident tone. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effectively manage and follow up on generated leads to nurture them through the sales cycle. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Glacial Meadow project, including its features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages. Engage with potential clients professionally and persuasively, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information. Conduct compelling virtual and in-person presentations of the project to prospective buyers (site visits may be required in the future). Aggressively pursue sales targets and effectively close deals. Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales activities, and provide regular reports to the management. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
