Outbound calling – Outbound Sales Executive (Real Estate Campaign)

Position: Sales Representative

Captive Unit

Location: Work from office (Delhi)

Shift Timing: 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls related to the assigned campaign.
• Real Estate experience in international market.
• Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls.
• Upsell additional products wherever possible.
• Nurture existing leads in the pipeline and reconnect with past clients from the database.
• Meet individual performance targets and contribute to meeting team goals.
• Achieve key KPIs including contact volumes, lead generation, growth, and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent phone manners, convincing skills, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and confident in handling various client personalities.
• Team player with effective time management skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Prior experience in international BPO, cold calling, sales, or real estate is highly regarded.
• Basic knowledge of PDF editors or Canva/photo editing tools for creating sales banners is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic and motivated individuals who add value to a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
