Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position. The role is located in Ranchi. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will also be required to stay current with real estate market trends and maintain a professional network of potential clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate experience
• Strong Customer Service skills and experience in the Real Estate industry
• Proven track record in Real Estate transactions and Sales
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
