You will be joining Zenqara, the premium brand under Mcubeh Builders, focused on developing Luxury residential projects that prioritize design, comfort, and quality living. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our premium residential projects. This will involve generating leads, conducting site visits, closing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service for high-end clients. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads to attract potential buyers for the luxury residential projects. - Conduct site visits to showcase the features and benefits of the properties. - Close sales by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing client queries. - Provide exceptional customer service to cater to the needs of high-end clients. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
