Job Description

Candidate is responsible for generating sales and meet or exceed the revenue plan with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory. Conduct daily calls to connect the assign leads to understand the requirement, follow up the prospect clients. Shortlist best possible projects to suggest and brief the details. Maintain the remarks of discussions in the CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly productivity metrics. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately as per client requirements. Organizing site visits for prospective customers. Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements if any and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Report on sales activities to top management. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails. Demonstrate initiative and problem- solving skills. Staying informed about current market conditions to guide clients
