Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct property site visits with prospective clients for plot sales. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, fieldwork, and digital platforms. Understand client requirements and offer suitable plots from the inventory. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep updated records of all sales, leads, and client interactions. Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with CRM and Documentation teams for seamless booking and paperwork. Key Skills Required: Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of the real estate industry and sales process. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork. Self-motivated and result oriented. Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred).
