Job Description

Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential home buyers, investors, and walk-in enquiries 2. Explain project details clearly in both Marathi and English, addressing customer queries professionally and warmly 3. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to drive site visits and sales closures 4. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits 5. Record and update lead details in CRM systems accurately 6. Support marketing campaigns by calling interested leads from social media, WhatsApp, and offline promotions 7.
