Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience. The role involves generating leads, conducting client meetings, managing site visits, and closing sales to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with current real estate market trends, project knowledge, and competitor analysis.
• Ensure availability of updated project brochures, price lists, and other sales materials.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
• Address client queries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market preferred.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and use of digital platforms for lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field.
