Job Description

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from the provided lead database. Respond to inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Clearly explain available real estate projects, plot details, pricing models, and USPs. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and build rapport. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team for seamless client experience. Update CRM or lead management tools with call records, remarks, and status. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Share promotional offers, project videos, and WhatsApp creatives as part of the pitch. Understand and explain the difference between SQFT-based pricing and Project Management models. Handle objections gracefully and escalate serious queries to sales managers.
