Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, negotiation skills, and closing deals
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is an advantage but not essential
